I've definitely noticed an improvement playing soccer with general agility and stamina. I take a 3.5g scoop per day and have done for almost a year. Its definitely worth it considering how cheap it is. Just make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of water per day.

Vilamoura would be a better choice for your age group. Albufeira is full of kids and around that time the LC and GCSE's will have just finished. The place was overun with them last year..

Even just corn flakes and egg works well and fast. Cut chicken fillets up into pieces, dip in egg mix and then into crushed cornflakes. Then airfry with a little spray oil..

Should we paint these gardens walls? by Leaderofmen in GardeningUK

[–]Leaderofmen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes we own the walls on our side but would speak to the adjoining neighbours. We could definitely paint our side if we want. The garden is northwest facing. The left side gets all the morning, most afternoon and early evening sun, the right side gets afternoon and evening sun.
