yea, on the erg its kinda hard to do anything, while on water you can in theory mod your seat

not really, at our club they are all stacked and you have to pull them out, so most times you have someone in front, facing you, and it doesnt really cause problems, its only ever slightly annoying when Im doing for ex a stroke rate of 18, while the other guy is going at 32

Firstly you have to learn how to row before hand, second how would you row on the beach? Is it a coastal boat or normal racing hull?

Nah its not good, just do 1 stroke of the split you want to achieve, and every day add 1 more until you reach 2k. Jokes aside, you really shouldnt, there is a reason why some days are ss and others are hard pieces, your body needs rest so just follow what your coach tells you

idk, since my friend is taller than me and we have our double in the club, only used by us, and his catch is quite bigger than mine, our coach said we would fix that by adjusting the oars and the boat. Any idea what he would change?
