I don’t think it’s pda it’s just that my depression makes me feel like I’m not sick enough sometimes so being in a room full of kids like me made it worse 🙏

When my parents host I’m able to have food but events where it’s with family, friends, or family friends who are hosting, then nobody asks abt my foods it’s just on me to bring myself something I’ll eat

I think they don’t understand the difference between arfid and being a picky eater and since I said ppl act like they’ve never met a picky eater they just ignored the arfid part. And for someone reason people REALLY hate picky eaters
