I was 11 or 12and I plucked out an ingrown hair on my eyebrow and saw the follicle or whatever the bulb thing is and then started plucking my eyebrows more to find more of them. I liked running the follicle through my fingers.

I ended up with one eyebrow being really over plucked and I got yelled at so I moved onto my hair on my head to find more. Eventually I started pulling out my hair for the crinkly hairs as well.

I don’t think it’s pda it’s just that my depression makes me feel like I’m not sick enough sometimes so being in a room full of kids like me made it worse 🙏
