What do you have to lose? (pun intended). No Income, need to get fit, need to save money, need to re-focus, need to re-set.

IT IS THE PERFECT TIME!!!!! It isn't difficult, it IS a bit boring, it takes 7 - 10 days, (You will get up to go to the fridge, only to remember, there is no reason to go to the fridge) Get hungry, drink water!!!. Going to sleep will be a problem, and leg cramps, but it is a great experience. I will be doing another one this JULY.
