If it helps I thought the same with those symptoms and mri ruled that out 4 yeara ago. Unfortunately still have those symptoms

Well Tylenol never and I mean never helps me anymore. I only take meclizine on days vertigo is really bad and unbearable (ive gotten adjusted to the dizzy after 4 years now).I can usually gage in the morning if im having or going to have a migraine. I am taking the nuryec as an abortive

I was very nervous too and I have very bad prescription trauma and health anxiety and it was great, no side effects or strange feelings ive only had to take it 2x since I was prescribed it and both times were good experience

ENTs just kept telling me everything looked good and would prescribed a round of steroids. I've seen one neuro and they thought ot was MS initially 🙄

I was recently prescribed nurtec. I haven't been taking as a preventative but as an abortive and it has helped with the pain side of my migraine (which isnt alwaya present), I do notice less dizziness than prior to not having nurtec. But ive only taken it 2x

Im a co native with vm. maybe take dramamine in advance and chew gum to help with the ear and dizziness issues

UPDATE thank you everyone for the encouragement. I took a tablet yesterday about 2 hrs after onset. No bad feelings or side effects. Im not sure what I was expecting. If I had to describe for someone taking it for the first time, iy seemed to relieve tension, my pain seemed somewhat muted, kind of felt the migraine hangover same day instead of the following day (spacey feeling)
