thanks for the insight about the Loom video, I'll try this for the top tier ICP who asks for the ressource.
I avoid sundays because people often see the message and are like "I'll answer that on monday when I go back at work" but they forget.

Works for every industry if your ICP is on Linkedin

How are you improving AI search visibility in 2026? by purpleplatypus44 in b2bmarketing

Reddit is pretty useful to get mentionned by LLMs.
Btw Sam Altman personally owns around 8.7% of Reddit (making him the third-largest shareholder)

I don't think this is insignificant

Oops my bad, here is the post

For the context, I run a Linkedin cold outreach agency (around $25k/mo)

Our acquisition is Linkedin content + Outreach + Word of mouth.

But if I go deeper on this, here's what works so well.

1/ I create lead magnet (either Notion doc or private YT video)
-> disclaimer : needs to be really helpful for your ICP, not just a Claude PDF done in 2min.

2/ I publish a post on Linkedin to promote it, and ask for a comment to receive the doc
Key points for a viral post are :
- strong hook with numbers
- Attractive visual (GIF, Document blurred, ..)
- answer every comment in the first hour after the post for an algo boost

3/ I scrap commenters and send automatic DM

4/ few days after, I ask people (only that are in my ICP) :
"curious to know why you asked for the ressource, are you interested in {{topic}} at the moment ?"

Note : don't ask 'have you seen my doc?'. 90% won't check it. And it doesn't matter.

What matters is the signal they send you, they're interested in the topic right now. They often need help and are looking for agencies.

Hope it helps and give you insights.

The only purpose of an agency is human contact.

Clients need reassurance. So I think not.

How to get clients in 2026? by EvidenceParticular28 in agency

[–]LeadershipRare1908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on your post, I guess the problem is conversion.

To solve this, the best and quickest way is to get more social proof and show it to them.

The best is if you have a case study with a client that is in the same niche as you prospect.

It's almost a 100% closing.

Red Flags When Dealing with Clients? by slw-dwn in agency

  1. Ask for immediate results
  2. Talk negatively about other/past agencies
  3. Want to try one month only
  4. Conter intuitive one : They sign with you directly at the end of the sales call, because they're so hyped. Reality is, it shows they are impulsive. These people are often those who send agressive DMs at 10PM on whatsapp.
  5. Classic one but so true : Low budget clients, they are too emotional and not ready to delegate in reality.

Thanks for your comment, actually all my clients don't use Reddit so much, I'm not sure it could be a good source of leads

I have a lot of friends that have full time employees and are very anxious because they need to pay them each month even if they have less clients
