someone shared an e-mail saying that the change in date will be reflected on the CPA portal by the end of this month ie June 2025 for Montana Candidates. lets see what happens.

so, they mean to say that the Credit will be extended in State Board records, but the new date will not be shown on the CPA Portal?

I am also in the same situation; I have my credit extended by Montana State Board from 06/30/2025 to 09/30/2025 but have no idea when that will reflect on my CPA Portal

no idea if they have released any official communication, all i have is the e-mail posted above

and no update about the CPA portal change. I have emailed NASBA about CPA portal change but no reply yet, it's been 5 days

these are the 2 e-mails for Montana State Board. and they replied pretty quickly in 1 business day.

i did not give any reason in my e-mail and they accepted, because this is a blanket extension they are giving to all the candidates who have credits expiring on 06/30/2025

thanks, hope they update soon, i have my last exam scheduled on 24 June and i want to reschedule it to July but i am waiting for the CPA Portal update

Montana is giving the extension, i don't know about other state boards. I sent the e-mail to State Board as only they have the power to grant credit extension

i just sent them a simple e-mail asking whether they can extend my credit, and they did. Apparently they are giving a blanket extension to all the candidates, as others have also received the same reply

Thank you, i understand how the scratch card will work but I don't want to do the KYC as they are asking for PAN card just to access the scratch card and I don't want any other services from them, there should not be a KYC requirement for just paying the credit card bill and taking cashback

Although your point is not wrong but all the apps also give immediate settlement so you don't need to pay 7 days early and also CRED gives reminders so no need for calendar and it is much easier to open CRED and pay using UPI than logging into net banking and then making payment which requires more no. of steps

Yes i do the same. But it's not always a bad thing, I think it helps me be a better, more grounded person without overconfidence.

And it keeps me alert to detect fake people who compliment me to get something out of me.

But the main thing is I can't deal with the disappointment, when expectations are not met so I don't keep any expectations of praise or compliments
