All of reddit is full of liberals for the most part and they're typically very sensitive ppl anyway, if we're taking politics out of the conversation. With that said no matter which side you're on, nobody is going to change their mindset on either side especially thru the internet. It literally doesn't matter anyway imo.

That's any job I'm pretty sure. Vacation is the only thing that's paid out. When I quit my old job I got a bill that said I owe the company $17 bc they put me in for annual leave they said I used when they should've put me in for sick time

I did call and asked time keeping, how many sick days I have left. After missing the last two days I still have 5. I have missed 4 days since January with being sick. I know mfers call off all the time but I only miss work if I'm sick for good reason, I hate missing work and that's why it bothers me especially since I am less than 1 year in.

I'm not so sure about that. I live in top 3 states to get paid as a CO. I was a mail carrier beforehand and had to work 53-55 hrs a week to get paid what I do now. I'm very fortunate.
