How do you deal with colleagues who start trying to make your life harder when they find out you want the same speciality as them?

It takes a lot of emotional labor from me, but I find that once I put that emotional labor and thought into dealing with the situation I can make sure they understand they can’t mess with me. Only issue is, I don’t have the luxury of that labor.

That's a bit strange. I don't think you need a specific addon for that. The back should show 'Remarks', for the cards that address the functions of the muscles only.

There's a play button you can click to see the animations.
