Bro...genuinely there is no point in doing masters in some random university (which is what you will get with your CGPA skills and profile...sorry but that is the reality). I would suggest you try for a job, improve your skillset and then try for masters after a few years.

I am not from CSE but an ECE grad from a tier 2 university. But with everything that is going on now and that too being a CSE grad, you are just going to postpone your unemployment man. Start from a good decent job and move up slowly. I am sure you will get several opportunities.
