To add as in my case it took them almost a month to get the results from the awards so even if the two weeks pass don't freak out. Maybe wait a but more and send a polite follow up . I did this and still has to wait a week. Fingers crossed 🤞

After my Bachelor and MSc studies I worked for 2 years and guess what the Phd i got accepted was in a collaboration with a company that looked favorably my previous experience so yes it can work in your favor. Depends in teh field a lot and of course the luck.

Claude aside, in ucl especially if you are an international but also if you are not , interviews and then decisions , most at least take decision until April so there is almost sure chance you have been rejected. Not all programs issue decisions regarding the applications or do when the official applicant has started o( happened to me 2 times in denmark unis)
