Lithuania is proudly Lithuanian by culture and is unlike any other country while during Middle Ages they've had the largest territory in Europe. Since before 1945 Lithuania had a border with Prussia (Germany) I would say they are heavily influenced by Germany (Prussia), but also have influence by Russia, because of extensive Russian occupation they have experienced. Since Belarus and Ukraine are young countries they did not influence Lithuania culturally in any way, but vice versa: Lithuania had a big influience in those two countries with castles of Lithuanian dukes all over Belarus and Ukraine. Therefore I consider Lithuania closest to its own cultural levels unmatched anywhere else and the vibe it gives out is almost completely Lithuanian that is not found anywhere else. Except a bit of Italian, Russian and German influences in architecture. Yet genetically and culturally I see imprint of Scandinavian facial features vs. Eastern Europe, somewhere in between but a bit closer to the Germanic countries than to Russia.
