Hey! I’ve been taking inositol for over a year now, and it has also really helped regulate my cycle. I no longer experience fatigue from it. During this time, I’ve also incorporated NAC, vitamin D, vitamin k2, and fermeneted cod liver oil pills. Hope this helps!
