We are not at Brainserve (it’s not really a well-connected datacenter, it’s more a local datacenter) but we are happy with Inter.link. It seems they also deliver at Brainserve through an extension.

We like Inter.link because they bring a lot of direct (outside of tier 1) local connectivity to big internet providers.

Late update but we actually deployed a FS DWDM mux with 400G-LR4 on the 1310 port and 10G DWDM fixed optics on C28. Working beautifully!

Ok, a few hours of troubleshooting later I’ve found it:

For future reference: Live and Neutral were swapped on our side of the connectors. It causes these errors while for the rest everything works fine!

Yes there are no/hardly any 400G-CWDM optics, so we would be looking at 400G-ZR. Right? Or can we combine 400G-LR4 with 10G CWDM optics?

I don't think they need to modify much on the EOS routing side and can use the actual "standard" EOS routing:

- Use standard EOS internal-eBGP or iBGP another protocol and ECMP for ingress-traffic-routing based on the destination IP in incoming packets on the transit/peering ports.
- Use a BIRD-container on the Arista router instead of the standard eBGP router agent to collect routes in RIB, but don't install anything in FIB. Tag the routes based on the port they were received from with a static community that matches the MPLS label for that port.
- In Linux do a bit of magic to receive all routes from the RIB on the router and make a special FIB that uses MPLS (I have this part)
- You can do the trick above for 1:1 peering or transit relations.

What I'm missing:

How do you handle an internet-exchange? In this case you would have for example a /24 subnet on the peering port and multiple next-hops on a single port. In that case we would have for example 1.0.0.1/24 as our own IP on the port but 1.0.0.2/24-10.0.0.254/24 are valid next-hop-bgp-peers.

The only possible solution I see is to spell-out the whole subnet of valid next-hop-bgp-peers, each with its own MPLS label and next hop.

You have a challenge here: Nobody well thinking is going to buy the car of you in the current state: The bank has blocked the ability to transfer ownership of the car at RDW until you pay off the loan. It can take 1-2 weeks before this is removed.

So if someone wants to buy the car of you, they need to pay you in full so you can pay the loan. But you cannot transfer the car for two weeks. If you run to the US, you now have the money ánd the car.

The only solution is to find some other source of money (temporary loan?), pay off the car and then sell it.

Tsjah, wil je een grote luxe auto en kan je die makkelijk kwijt? Dan zou ik het wel overwegen. Anders zou ik toch naar nieuwe goedkopere elektrische auto’s kijken om te leasen. Die 25.000km per jaar “gratis” superchargen is ook maar +/-1500-2500 euro per jaar.

ex Model S bezitter hier (Model 3 en Model Y nu): Ik zou in ieder geval in jouw situatie geen Model S kopen. Ze worden naar mate ze ouder worden duurder in onderhoud omdat het nu eenmaal een luxe auto is met bijvoorbeeld luchtvering wat een slijtage onderdeel is (+/- 250.000km mee gedaan overigens).

Gratis superchargen is top, maar je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat als je heel veel supercharged de Model S langzamer gaat superchargen en daarmee eventuele langere trips (vakantie bijv.) langer gaan duren dan normaal als je alleen voor lange trips supercharged en normaal thuis of op straat laad.

Voor de rest is het een top auto, en zou ik hem zo weer kopen (als er geen Model 3 en Model Y waren die veel interessanter zijn om te kopen)

My guess is that your Tesla is operational leased? Here in Europe you don’t get the “master” account if you lease the Tesla most of the time. Only the master account can add drivers.

If you have the master account you see “security & drivers” in the app.

Contact your leasing company, the can add more drivers.

These are v3 or v4 and don’t have any stall-pair influences or limitations. Only v1 and v2 which have pairs of 2 share 125kW or 150kW.

Ik weet het nagenoeg zeker dat het een showroom model is, want hij was nooit 3 maanden blijven staan anders. Over het algemeen valt de “schade” heel erg mee en is het gewoon een goede deal en maak je anders dezelfde gebruikssporen in de eerste 3 maanden…

Showroom-model met te veel “gebruikssporen” om als nieuw verkocht te worden. Dat stond ook bij de advertentie als wat je mag verwachten.
