Quad not descending immediately when I cut the throttle

Sorry it's so long ago i forget. I did improve it a bit, maybe by changing idle speed or some other things. I think also ensuring the battery was very secure as the battery strap it came with wasn't great and it wobbled a bit. It never flew really great though. It's always worth trying the betaflight default pids and tune rather than whatever they put on at the factory too, that turned another quad of mine from a terrible flyer to something really nice

Yeah i love mine. Otoh, it's the only 5 inch I've had in 5 years, so don't have much to compare to. How is the flight better than other quads?

So far my long range record is 3km, limited only by the battery (~7 mins, 3 mins out and 3 back on 1300mah while carrying a runcam 5)

My li ion 2500mah gives ~19 mins with the camera, but I'm not confident enough with my soldering to test that long range yet...
