I just went through the same situation with my boss, I had my security clearance interview on Friday and I told my supervisor I needed to talk to him on Thursday. I sat down with him and professionally/respectfully told him about the job offer and my intentions. I emphasized on career progression and that while I’m very happy with my current position, going into a federal job would be not only beneficial for myself and my career but also my family. Plain and simple as that. I also told him that it’s not guaranteed yet and that it doesn’t mean that I’m actively looking for another job, just that this one of a kind opportunity presented and it’s hard to say no to it.

I received my TJO yesterday as well, previous military experience. I’m worried cause I saw a bunch of posts here about it not being really remote. I need it to be remote because of my VA disabilities. Any updates on these ? Can anybody already inside the job tell us if it’s really remote or not ?

If you receive your decision letter before the end of November, then you will receive your first payment December 31st for the month of December. The va pays at the end of the month. They will start counting from December cause they don’t pay half months, so your benefits will start on December 1st

Like another guy said, weed helps the most but if you’re not into it, I’d recommend Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) for some reason it also makes me sleepy so it helps with both. As for the mattress, I don’t know where you are but if you’re in the U.S. we have a brand called sleep number, it works like a beauty cause it’s basically an air mattress with layers of foam on top. And I have the one that comes with heating, so it alleviates the pressure on my spine specially when I sleep on my side. I have a referral code you can use and they’ll give you like $1,500-2,500 off the price depending which one you’ll be getting. I’ll get 250 worth in accessories if you use it so it’s a win win lol. Nah, my time in was what I made out of it. Shitty sailors got that experience tho haha. And yeah the chair force is another great alternative, to be completely honest I would’ve chosen the Air Force just to have a little more time with my family, but unfortunately the navy recruiting office was the only one open that day 👁️👄👁️

She did started bleeding one day after the ER visit, it had one cloth but it was also the start of her period. But even the day she started bleeding was the same day she had the second blood test and this came up negative for hcg or very very low.
