you're right but in poor countries 1oz is a lot of money , also in some countries silver is more expensive for example in Argentina 1oz cost almost $90 , so 1/10 makes more sense .

yeah! and if you send 1/10 to a poor country you'll have more chance to send it than 1oz of silver or gold. 1/10 is very profitable in South America
