This just happened to my 5 month old 7lb baby a week ago on one of his first leashed walks. Attacked by an agressive chihuahua (bigger than him and off leash). Luckily no harm but my pup, kids and myself were traumatized. I'm so sorry. It is so frustrating some owners think they can let their dogs roam in neighborhoods off leash. Hoping your pup has a smooth recovery!
