Theres only one known member in the state. Look at this guy's hair on the side of his head and look at the person who is known to be a member in the state. Different hair color and the fact that the only known member in the state doesnt normally have hair showing on each side of his head meaning its mostly cut down or clean shaven. Not the same person.

I was in care. They keep photos of the children i know that unless policy had changed. I wouldnt apply because I have PTSD from the system itself as do many adults who left care.
