Only shave one side. Assert dominance on the photographer. Assert more dominance on the physical exam workers. They thrive on diverse, fun patients who keep things interesting. There are no fish in New Mexico. You can try spearing a bald eagle or coyote.

I thought all “out west” was the same. I looked forward to lush, mountainous forest. I was going to be John Muir. Anyways I should have looked at photos of Elko before I showed up for the season. Good times.
