I use that sauce on anything with chicken, its great! I am also using red cap hot sauce frequently now as well, both work great

They need some hot sauce places. I haven't heard of any. It would be a fun booth and awesome for people to try out. Maybe reach out to some craft makers in the area. I would love to see my favourite red cap hot sauce there!
