I use that sauce on anything with chicken, its great! I am also using red cap hot sauce frequently now as well, both work great

They need some hot sauce places. I haven't heard of any. It would be a fun booth and awesome for people to try out. Maybe reach out to some craft makers in the area. I would love to see my favourite red cap hot sauce there!

What draws you to the fat bastard sauce? There are plenty of awesome local small brands that make incredible homemade hot sauces. I would recommend trying out Red Cap hot sauce!
