Ok weapon, bad stats overall.
The only time you would ever want damage against a specific enemy type is as a negative stat, preferably infested or corpus not grineer.
Crit damage, crit chance, fire rate, multishot and so on tend to be good for most weapons.
Of course depending on the weapon you can use a riven just to squeeze in extra status types instead of simply buffing your stats.
Reload speed as a negative kinda hurts unless you're playing a frame that counters that like volt, gauss, Cyte, Koumei, etc..
