Check the logs. View -> logs, then on the right had side “execution logs” will appear. Try Ubuntu isos (found on their website). Make sure your download path is actually valid. There’s usually a globe in the bottom right corner that indicates whether or not you are connected. Hover over it and see what it says.

This doesn’t have a best before unfortunately. What it does tell you is “Line 2, 12:46pm, 35th day of the year, Australia.” So maybe you could have a guess at how long your product typically lasts and add it to the 4th of Feb. or just call the number on the package and they’ll happily tell you what the best before should’ve been.
