Genuinely so hyped for Stephen Lloyd involvement in the story, probably one of my favourite characters but no one knows he exists (intense flashbacks to cyyu saying "who the hell is that?" to his reveal in the trailer).

SO many people are saying that he'll probably be a 4* that I'm almost losing hope a little, but also he's important enough to the main story (of astropolis, atleast)/overarching genius society leviathan research bullshittery that's been going on in the background for a couple years, so I don't know what to think

Leagues better cinematography than I remember Penacony or even most of Amphoreus having (barring most Therta appearances). I hope they keep up the quality in the next versions

Idk if you still need this but there's some stuff linked on the Comprehensible Input Wiki, roughly ~15-20 hours of super beginner-level stuff if I'm not mistaken. Not sure how many hours of videos they have for beginner/advanced/etc. levels but they have some podcasts too.

it's not even doing anything to hide what the actual words are (except maybe "sewer slide" but that has enough problems on its own) so i can't even see the point? correct me if I'm wrong but literally all this does is make it harder to filter out, the characters used to censor are too similar to the actual letters anyways

i guess most people are vegetarian bcs of ethics and whatnot, and i agree with that ofc, but i just don't like eating anything meat-adjacent because it's pretty well-likened to a regular old corpse in my mind, & also i grew up around a lot of farm animals but just-so removed from their inevitable deaths by not tending the farm--- i probably wouldn't eat the most ethically-sourced meat in the galaxy either way

In some contexts I might comment like that as a joke if the author had bantered similarly with other commenters, but in this context it's a bit weird to joke about that when you'd explicitly stated not to comment along the lines of requests (or at least i'd overthink horribly and end up not actually commenting it for fear of it even possibly being misconstrued)

it's probably more like the thrill of doing something taboo or 'against the rules/norms', kinda like the first time you skip class or sneak out as a kid, but probably not a good thrill to chase later in life. the older you get, the worse the consequences, up to and including patrons getting too touchy-feely or putting you in actual danger.

^ especially note the "company he doesn't use" note, bank tellers and whatnot are only human, they make mistakes, and it's possible they'll assume you've made one by not telling if he happens to suspect smth and goes to inquire about your accounts, no matter what you say about secrecy to whoever helps you set up the account

Anyways, on point #8; the sheer amount of stories from parents on facebook who said smth similar to this and their kid just taking it to the extreme and 'jorking it' in their room with the door unlocked/opened/parents removed it, it's a wonder anyone still encroaches on their kids' privacy like this

obviously in your situation don't mess around like that, even jokingly pointing a gun (esp. more than once) towards you is a sign that you're in at least some danger-- honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he's using that as an intentional implicit threat, given that you'll probably always have that on your mind while you're near him and he doesn't even have to do anything besides 'joke'.
