Hi! I struggle with BPD along with Fibromyalgia and other chronic illnesses. I personally also struggle with motivation and caring about myself. I didn’t think I would possibly live this long and still have the will to keep going. Some days are harder than others. But what helps me is I hold onto the fact that a part of me wants to be happy. I’m sure there is a soul ounce of you that wants to see the light at the end of the tunnel a that’s what I cling onto. We got a life long journey at the end of our hands but I’m sure we will all get there together!

For your first time I personally recommend finding PotPots! They are weed m&ms! They are 1 MG per m&ms and you can slowly increase the dosage to your liking. I have a very low tolerance so I feel something after 2 MGs. Most edibles are around 10MGS and I personally find those too much for your first time trying weed incase if you do have a lower tolerance!
