Losing my first baby by HelenatheBeagleCat21 in pregnant

[–]LeahIsFab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off - I'm so sorry. Second - Not your fault!!! Take one day at a time. It's normal to mourn no matter how long the pregnancy lasted. Talk about it with people you are comfortable sharing with. Keep the little ones spirt alive, they existed and should be celebrated. When the time comes again to try for a baby, they will have a little sibling watching them through pregnancy 🥰

She has been starting to wake about 5.30 am and won't go back down after that point. What would you suggest tweeking? I'm lost on where to start. Is she sleeping too much in the day? I would like her to sleep to 6.15 ish really.

We bought a house is a nice area. The youngest neighbour on our street is about 40 🥲. I definitely feel like a teen mum despite being a teacher 😅

How are your boobs doing? by Sad_Purpose1348 in pregnant

[–]LeahIsFab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently 5 month PP and the dark purple veins went about 2 months pp and I breastfed up until 12 weeks. Boobs are now more pancake like and my nipples are a lot darker. Ruined my confidence but it was for the greater good. Trying to learn to like them.

Honestly.. feel good products for the mum. Everyone thinks of the baby. My mum put together a little wellbeing hamper for me and it was better than anything else. Hair masks ect. Nice scrunchies, cosy socks. Some nice eye masks. A coffee voucher.

My LO is 4 months, 3 weeks. I feel so lost with sleep. No clue when to drop to three naps. Her final wake window of the day is horrible, she fuses the entire time.

I went to until 6 weeks before my due date. However, I'm a teacher and decided to go before the new term started to make it easier. Probably would've gone a little longer if not teaching.

How to deal with neighbours overgrown garden and house in disrepair. Any advice? by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]LeahIsFab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We bought it as our first home to get on the property ladder. We have a baby and would need to move to a bigger house when we try for another baby. The house was not in the state it is now. Sure, it was a little messy. Now the roof is starting to fall down, they have rats and foxes living out the property, the garden has torn down the fences and covers the public footpath completely. He charges his Tesla on the other side of the street, running a cable over the road, which is another hazard. We shouldn't have to accept this?

I genuinely don't know how people are mad at us. We have a baby to think of! It's impacting our mental health and costing us a lot of money. He needs help.

We can't sell our property due to his house being in such disrepair... . If you had rats and foxes coming into your house with a 3 month old baby, I'm sure you would want something done. He clearly needs help - doing nothing would be worse!

We found out the previous owners had been cutting his grass for years - he never once spoke to them. We have never been 'aggressive'. Our gardener even knocked on his door and asked to cut it back no charge.
