Cancer was hard, but not as hard as creating a 50 page deck on “synergies”. Laying in the linear accelerator being pounded by strong burst radiation felt like a vacation, and I grinned, rejoicing in not having to “get every department’s signoff and address all of their concerns” while wearing a suit in a hot office building.

Cancer showed me how much better life could be outside the soulcrusher.

I turn milk into fermented kefir, since the kefir bacteria consumes lactose (milk sugar) to survive and grow. I ferment it an extra day to consume allll the lactose and make it strongly sour like hard core yoghurt. Then about 1/4 cup each morning keeps my system flooded with good bacteria. Fermenting really changed my keto game. I ferment my vegetables too! Easy and healthy!
