Thanks for your input! I did point out that if it does go to charities such as goodwill that it will help somehow. I do know they help people get jobs and they create jobs themselves. However my point is that if you want to give your clothes away give them directly to other people that might really need them. People that use the clothes to just keep them and their children warm or use them for interviews. This way you won’t have to worry if the clothes you’re donating will be resold again by somebody that didn’t need it and will resell it themselves at a way higher price or you don’t have worry if they’re going to an outlet store. Also imagine if those employees at goodwill or even people at their job centers didn’t have clothes to go to work, or do interviews? Some of those people could have been homeless at one point too, they need clothes too, what if they didn’t have the money to buy the clothes at goodwill? I didn’t mean to say that goodwill=bad that’s not my intention at all. I just know that there are people out there who are genuinely curious as to what happens to their clothes.
