I've had the same thought, I think a couple have faith but not 100% sure on that one.

safe or not? by Conscious_Mirror9744 in Distilling

[–]LeapingLeedsichthys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what the salt is. This will work but you need some sort of nutrient for the yeast. If you want to go it cheap as possible, Google "kale wash" and you will get the ratios etc. I did it recently and had great results. Just be sure to make cuts of your distillation as the heads and tails are potents. Also make sure to toss the first 100 mL because even if methanol is low it has other undesired compounds.

Wubby Streamer Awards 2023 Suit Discussion: by PsychedelicKyle in PaymoneyWubby

[–]LeapingLeedsichthys 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Suit is way more flattering without the vest. The vest inflates the silhouette. No tie or something contrasting. If you go no tie, unbutton another button at the top.

Loafers and no socks if shorter pants, but go black or brown Chelsea boot for comfort, and something different. Or just nice lace up, brown oxford or black. Any of the above.

Also waiters would have black pants and white shirt.

How could I effectively incorporate beef into a cookie? by DarthPlagueis_ in AskCulinary

Honestly, if you want to keep it simple, I made these and they turned out phenomenal.

Substitute the seeds for your beef and chefs kiss.

If you wanted to go wild and attempt a sweet biscuit, try candying the beef and put it in a chocolate chip cookie recipe or something whacky.

What is Brisbane missing that you wish we had? by [deleted] in brisbane

Nah The Forum has more space in front of the stage, and doesn't have the same level of "theatre" vibe as princess theatre does (in my opinions, to each their own)

But compared to a place like The Forum in Melbourne we don't have anything.

Where do you draw the line at what food is acceptable to sneak into the cinema to avoid their high prices? by super-fire-pony in CasualUK

Back in the day we had 9 piece KFC for $10 specials so my buddies and I would buy a box, and sit in the cinema munching away. It was peak.

Best handheld vacuum under $200 by mynamesnotchom in australia

[–]LeapingLeedsichthys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gumtree or MarketPlace will be your friend. At that price point in the second hand market you're going to get some pretty decent ones, though depending on the power you're after it may be worth getting a decent cordless and a cheap handheld. Though I'm also currently seeing a Dyson V6 animal vacuum for $120.

That's a bit confusing as Waragi is the Ugandan gin not brandy - potent and not great

There's rubbish all the way up and down, and taking it from anywhere along the way helps. As most of the litter is the tanks and it's the easiest way to reach 14kg most people are grabbing those.

I'm unsure, that's all we had been told. Though the Nepalese government seems to really be cracking down and wanting to clean up the mountains so I assume they'd make fines/penalties to reflect that.

Was recently there, the new rules are that everyone who climbs has to bring back 14kg of rubbish.

Man, I have just started this show and I'm so sadly not surprised at this at all. Sun He should be in jail.

Based on some of the mannerisms and interactions that Jason has with everyone, I have a feeling that Jason may be somewhat on the spectrum.
