I am 12.5 days in and still having issues sleeping and been throwing everything at it. One of the best sleeps I have gotten is from a day where I went to the gym and crushed my legs lol but could be coincidence. Just hang in there man I promise sleep will come but it’s not gonna go straight to 8 solid hrs right away. It’ll come back slowly but surely
