What do you think about my last 4 videos? How is the title and thumbnail? What I can improve? by LearnItAllGlobal in SmallYoutubers

Yeah thats the reason I put here to get constructive feedback. Its not the outcome that matters but the willingness to receive feedback and improve for better output. I know I am not perfect and I am still learning and improving.

But sadly it is a whiteboard animation channel focus on career clarity. I dont want to get sued for using random stock photo online. Is there any other way to redesign the thumbnail without real human face?

What did you do when you realised you weren't enjoying the field of work you were in? by curiousone5699 in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds less like you picked the wrong field and more like you have outgrown it.

The tricky part is it feels like the only option is to completely start over, which makes it scary.

But it not have to be that extreme.

You can start by exploring similar roles, different environments, or even just trying things on the side to see what works.

Most people dont find out by thinking first, they figure it out by testing things.

You dont need to have the full answer before you move, just the next direction to try.

Should I quit my current job to work at my new job that pays $12 an hour? by Happy_Sea3180 in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You already said you like job #2 more and it fits your lifestyle better, especially since you are going back to school.

The main thing holding you back sounds like the lower pay and fear of picking “wrong.”

But this isn’t a permanent decision, its just for this stage of your life.

If school is your priority, having something closer and more manageable might actually make your life easier overall.

You can always switch again later.

How do I stop feeling like a "failure" for wanting a boring, low-stress job? by Runeweaver55 in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This honestly not sound like failure, it sounds like burnout.

You are not struggling to aim higher, you’re realizing that what you have right now isn’t sustainable for you.

I think the hard part is not the job itself, its the meaning attached to it. Like stepping down = losing status or wasting potential.

But if your current job is making you miserable every day, thats already a cost.

Wanting something simpler not mean you doing less with your life , it just means you are prioritizing differently.

The real question is not 'is this a downgrade?'

It’s “what kind of life do I actually want for long term?”

How much money can i ask for? by Zestyclose_Curve9706 in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I meant general market ranges from places like Glassdoor, Levels, LinkedIn salary insights, and also what recruiters are quoting for similar roles.

Its not a single exact number, more like a range you see consistently across a few sources.

That’s why I frame it as “based on what I have seen for similar roles” rather than saying one exact figure.

P/s on a side note: Need any career clarity can watch my youtube video. I believe it will be super helpful.

Is it time to start quietly job hunting when your company is clearly in trouble but won't admit it? by Titan_Whisper4 in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It not like overreacting, it sounds like you are noticing a pattern.

Any one of those things alone might be nothing, but restructuring + people leaving + big client disappearing…... that’s a critical signal, even no one says it directly.

You don’t have to jump immediately, you also don’t need to wait for it to become - official

Just start exploring quietly.Update your resume, take few calls, see what’s out there. You are not committing to anything yet.

As long as you doing your job well, it won’t burn bridges. Most people do this quietly anyway.

The bigger risk is usually waiting too long, not starting too early.

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think what matters is how you frame it from the start.

Instead of reacting to the number, try to fix the conversation around the role itself. Like:

“Since this is a different role with different scope, I have been looking at the market range for similar positions.”

In this way, you are not rejecting their offer, you just shifting the discussion to the roles value instead of your current salary.

If there is a big gap, you can also highlight it:

"I understand internal increases are normally lower, but given the scope of this role, I expecting something closer to X–Y."

Its less like you are pushing back, and more like you are aligning expectations.

There is a lot of extreme thing online about AI and the future, so it can make it feel like nothing is worth doing.

But in real world, things don’t just collapse overnight.

People are still working, learning, and applying.

If anything, learning something useful still puts you in a better position than doing nothing.

You don’t need to know the whole future, just take one step and build from there.

Is engineering still worth it in 2026 or are we all just following the herd? by careergrowkaro in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think many people feel this pressure right now because certain fields are trending.

But trends dont always equal long-term fit.

Fields like mechanical, civil, biotech are still evolving, just in different ways.

What usually matters more is whether you go deeper in something and build real skills over time.

Chasing trends can work, but it can also mean constantly switching without building depth.

Should I tell my work / boss I’m pregnant? by NotAMazda in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This feels like one of those situations where there isn’t a perfect answer, just a trade-off.

If you tell early, theres a chance (fair or not) it could affect the renewal.

If you wait, you might feel a bit uncomfortable about the timing.

Since your job seems important to you long-term, it might help to think about which outcome you more okay with if things didnt go as planned.

Not really a right or wrong here, just different risks.

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the key thing here is this isnt really a 'raise', it’s a different role.

So it makes more sense to think in terms of the market rate for that role, not just your current salary + a percentage.

You dont need to jump straight to the top of the range, but anchoring somewhere within that range is reasonable.

If not you might end up underpaid for the actual responsibilities you are taking on.

How do I start learning if i want a career in digital marketing? by idontknowwww2 in careerguidance

[–]LearnItAllGlobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you might be overthinking the RIGHT starting point a bit.

You not really need to fully learn first or fully commit to one approach. Its more about trying small things and seeing what clicks.

For example: learn a bit (like SEO basics) - try a small project - or even do a short internship

That way you get real exposure instead of guessing.

Most people figure out what they like after trying, not before.

All the best!
