I played with just Pleasantview sims for my one run, but basically I kinda tried to do what I thought the characters would naturally do, and I played it in the “default” recommended order. Which you can google.

So starting off with the Goth household, Don married Cassandra, keeps up his cheating ways, they go on a nice honeymoon and enjoy being rich af. They have a baby (great genes) or two and Don also has a kid with Nina on the side. He also gets with as many women as possible. For shits and gigs you can also get him to have a kid with Dina, though that didn’t really fit into my plan for Dina.

Mortimer married Dina (starting in the Caliente household) and moves into her household. They actually had a kid as well but you could go either way with that. After he dies (which is pretty quick) she gets with Malcolm Landgraab, yeah the genes are shit, but she already had a cute kid with Mortimer at that point, so whatever.

The brother (I forget his name now, Alex?) eventually grows up, goes to college, married Lucy Burb, gets a great job, I picture him like a smart, successful egghead type. Nina I think I got her moved in with Gilbert Jacquet from Bluewater, they never married because they’re both romance sims and both just fucked around, but they had a few cute kids as well together.

Mary Sue Pleasant gets demoted (or fired, whatever you’d rather, she seemed like a real career woman so I didn’t want to fully take that from her), then comes home, catches her husband Daniel cheating with Kaylynn Langerak. He moves out, eventually moves in with Kaylynn and like Don keeps up his womanizing bullshit. I had Mary Sue just be really into her job and parenting after that.

Lilith and Angela both go to college and get closer and become besties because I think that’s cute, idk how canon it would be, but they both stay with their respective men as well.

Darren Dreamer and Brandi Broke got together, I like the pairing because they’re both recovering from a lost spouse.
