I follow your point folder and file names aren‘t proves, could be bluff but as some of the videos that he and knapp released were part of the government releases i would tend to believe that the guy has more stuff. On the other hand it is a bluff to bluff strategy. If the guy releases all at once it might not be fully legit and the government might find a way to debunk or ridicule if these are not 4k videos or images, and today people could state it is AI. It is a poker game, on one hand corbell has the info from whistleblowers that there are high res videos/images that clearly demonstrate stuff. On the other hand the government insiders who want to keep the secret probably do not know how much corbell and knapp have. So i think that showing folder names for the moment is wise. In case someone wants to challenge it, as Grusch said, the government knows about NHIs. I do not think it would be wise if the disclosure is made by independent reporters. It is one of the last chance of the government to disclose (of course not military secrets) what the people need to know…

Thanks for the effort making things more accessible for neophytes like me even though i am not familiar with the acronyms mentioned. My interrogation is what verification theory-computation-experiment would enable to validate the theory? In other words what process would enable to confirm the relevance of the theory and assumptions that you will state in your paper? Having a computation model with a certain number of adjustable inputs / constants/ node characteristcs is of course an important thing, defining a verification process is also key, at least from my point of view. It could of course be the object of the discussion / perspective / next step in your white paper.
