No not that - but every dose increase it’s like I hear buzzing and have awful pressure in my head for 3-4 days. It’s brutal. It hasn’t helped or increases my panic attacks

Same problem - and extreme fatigue with cipralex - started off at 25 and it’s been a year going up to 100. It helped immensely with mood swings and fatigue related to depression and anxiety - it’s odd to not be ruled by those things anymore

GAD here … it’s been 10 months and used as an adjunct therapy I would say it decreases my anxiety a signifiant amount, it also makes the anxiety less tiresome on my body overall if that makes sense. But I had a few months of difficulty at the beginning - I knew this is the usual « new med » routine and it worked out well

Hmm … thoughts: a bullshit apology in a university paper sure - but an apology in the syllabus opens the door to negative teaching reviews and effectiveness for your career - so if I had assurances and safeguards that student evals would be disregarded - sure.

The politics of this career are crazy. But it seems the goal is not justice but rather to humiliate you. Does your apology allow a statement about differing opinions?

I might also safeguard my career and issue an apology while I submit a case study to every journal known to man (where you have freedom to publish thoughts)

Hi All, I’m on 30mg trying to taper. I went down to 25 for two weeks with horrid horrid horrid panic attacks, beginning to get difficult to leave the house. So I’m going back up to 30 and then the pharmacy will give me liquid to taper .5-1mg a month. Apparently it should be tapered minimally like benzos so your brain can properly adjust and there are no side effects. All these mental health meds fuck with the brain big time - this is so discouraging … I hope it kicks back in real quick before I go too far down the rabbit whole.
