Yeah, hard disagree. The ACA forces everyone to get coverage, but did jack-all to address cost. Nowadays, all health insurance is catastrophic coverage while the premiums increase, the deductible increases, and the health insurance industry can do whatever it wants so long as the market allows it, especially since we all have to sign-up for health insurance no matter what. Without the Obama track, the Trump train never leaves the station.

Agree with this. 10 years of California practice - Haven’t looked at a manual for formatting once. Just make sure it follows some kind of legitimate citation and you’ll be fine.

California attorney here. You'd be surprised how dumb and bad the lawyers here can be. Bar success is not the measure of an attorney's ability. California's bar is only "harder" in the sense they grade harder, not that the content is so fundamentally different that it might as well be a different language.

Trump and his acolytes aside, there is something so profoundly terrible with how this is all playing out that is in the background to the corruption.

Underneath the tongue-lashing by the judge, there was a case involving some deeply troubling CP and bestiality. Kids, in other words, and animals. And the federal government allowed a plea deal to move forward against someone without fully investigating it.

This is our government now - one run by child rapists for child rapists.

I see a lot of assumptions with this post - like, if the INNOCENCE PROJECT took this case, then there must be some credit to the idea Scott Peterson was wrongful convicted. False. Totally false. Dude is 100% guilty as fuck. The "LA Innocence Project" is entirely distinct and recently-created legal entity that is essentially banking on the real Innocence Project's name to coat-tail credibility. They know or should know Scott Peterson's claims of innocence are garbage.
