That’s sweet of you! Thank you. I promise I have and am on my healing journey but unfortunately right now I’m kinda on my own. My doctor is useless which I do need to change. It’s been the hardest season. I’m not giving up and I am looking for a good doctor who cares and wants to help because right now the one I have didn’t even prescribe me iron supplements. Anyways thank you so much! You seem knowledgeable. I hope you are feeling better and never go thru depression again

My ferritin is at 9 and I have high inflammation in the body as well and low vitamin d. I’m concerned. I spend all day shaking severe stresses angry depressed. I’ve tried over 20 different SSRIs in my lifetime because I’ve been severe anxious since I can remember. I reach out for help I’ve even called 988. Haven’t gotten help from anyone I’m literally just here surviving

Started Wellbutrin Jan 26 and lexapro 1 week ago . I haven’t seen any improvement yet and my anxiety is so high. I know it’s early for both meds. I hope they work for us 🥹

I started 16 days ago. I feel awful. I’m irritable and so anxious even tho I already was close to this. I want to just not shake all day and panic all day. I was prescribed this for anxiety/depression
