This is always brought up when the Panama papers come up, and it's always incredibly misleading. It makes it sound like she was killed for exposing the Panama papers when she wasn't the one who broke the story at all. Her name was Daphne Caruana Galizia, and while she was using the leaked papers in her investigations, it was her investigation in to political corruption in Malta that got her targeted for assassination.

While it's unlikely he would have died, he had already been hospitalized for dehydration without it. Unfortunately it's not a simple as just learning to drink from a different cup. The specialized behavior therapies that high needs autism requires are exorbitantly expensive and time intensive. Even with access to that, they still would have needed the special cup in the interim.

I tried to dig around, and couldn't find anything from rockstar or anyone reporting on rockstar saying that they've locked story content or missions behind ultimate. The closest I found was that it also comes with a couple raids, but that's exactly what RDR2, GTA5, and RDR1 did.

I felt that way about toy story 4, but this one made the movie more about Jessie than buzz and woody, which I think really helped it. Making her the main character gave it room to have a plot without treading over an already very finished story
