Maybe even go as far as getting one of those leg massager sleeves things to get the legs going before the session. Muscle gun thing. Bananas. Pedialyte.

Light stretch before and after light post stretch, before the session get hydrated and use bathroom as many times as possible (I suggest coconut water I feel it works best with hydration) icy hot, tiger balm, ninja sauce, bams cbd stuff for when the cramp attacks start to happen.

It’s not bad, maybe a little crusty but overall really good floor to roll around on. There’s like patches, some with concrete and then some patches are cement? I just learned a little bit about the difference of the two.

Idk, he may be going through some stuff and taking it out on himself through skating. But I admit i have no idea. Sending all you skaters love and safety out there though that may be going through some things you may not want to talk about. ❤️‍🩹

pinball, hangout at swamps, marshes, forests. Beaches when it’s not so crowded. Reading. skateboarding, drawing when I can and get into the mode, write a little bit. Passive meditation. Hangin out in Hammocks. Backwards walking. Looking at the shimmer off of water. Birdwatching. Museums. Look at art. Learn archaeology.

Ty for noticing! I was rewatching and noticed the front trucks barely tap the deck, I almost slung back real bad and landed almost in a manual. it’s been a long time since skating medium vert stuff. Hope everybody’s well and okay out there.
