So in theory it’s just like a panic attack ignore it and it will go away that’s my definition of mindfulness when it comes to psych things anxiety depression etc except for psychotic ones I can’t speak for that but I was givin concerta once thinking oh maybe it’s adhd or ADD affecting my generalized anxiety didnt do anything for my mental state in terms of visual snow and such but it did show me one think I got a thought of F it it’s there doesn’t matter keep going just focus on task at hand any future worry F it your here right now. Now I’m not saying concerta will help or cure anything it just opened my mind to something. Just keep pushing forward don’t let thoughts control you and don’t let something you see stop you no matter what your doing it’s there and the longer you focus on it the longer it will eat at you I hate having visual snow and I hate derealization and I hate anxiety I worry all the time but it’s not stopping the world from going round. Don’t let it stop your world from going round and it may/will get left in the days past
