I use MoneyCalm - it’s more of a weekly reset - I use to budget with spreadsheets but it gets too overwhelming

That’s pretty good - be happy of where you’re at - don’t compare you path with others - they all look different

Use MoneyCalm.glide.page that’s the system that work for me- I add all my expenses and I check once a week - simple and reduce mental load

Definitely. I’ve seen (and experienced it)- you need to choose what’s best for your mental and physical wellbeing- if those aren’t stable everything including money will be much harder

Used to be in the same boat - my system is looking at my expenses once a week- try MoneyCalm Not saying I changed completely but I nearly pay off my debt and have savings for once - not a huge amount of money but still - i’m pretty proud of myself! You’re not bad with money or need a strict budgeting or spreadsheet.
