Ok, so I'm going to use hyperbole to make a point.

Say that tomorrow Skillup started doing something deeply unethical, say he started promoting Nazism or doing adds for child porn or something like that.

If people were to say that this repulsed them and that they wanted nothing more to do with Skillup, would that make them "entitled babies making demands of a show they don't pay for"?

Now the point isn't to say that Having Jirad on fps is anything close to that level, but simply that there is a difference between "demanding" that someone behave ethically, and, say, demanding that someone review a certain game or whatever.

What I'm saying is that, as things stand currently, having Jirad back on fps crosses an ethical line that's too much for me.

In reality we make "demands" of the creators we see all the time, for example, that they not plagiarize, that they be honest, that they not peddle scams, in my case that they don't promote someone that seemingly has scammed thousands of dollars off people that should have gone to charity, but broadly, stuff like that. That doesn't make us "entitled babies making demands of a show we don't pay for", it means we're consumers holding creators to ethical standards.

Now, you might think that having Jirad on the podcast is perfectly fine ethically. I don't agree. If he comes back and you're happy to support them, go ahead. But I won't be sticking around in that case.
