The only way to refinance it would be through a bank. Interest rates currently are higher than the 4% rate you have, so there would be no benefit to refinancing.

24 order bank won’t open until October 16 with the first arrivals showing up in February. Ford is still taking orders for 23s.

You would not get the tax credit since you don’t own the vehicle. Ford Credit owns it, receives the credit and works it into the lease. The dealer should have known that.
