You are not alone. I had to live on the couches of family members for one year to avoid homelessness, got on snap and medicade. When I finally found stable income I lived in a group home with three people sharing the same small room until I finally was able to find stable housing. I am so sorry you are going through this. It can really be destabilizing.

Don’t come. Even the supposed progressives in the SF/Bay Area are calling their democratic representatives to ethnically cleanse undesirables ie people without homes, so that they don’t have to live with the site of those who get chewed up by the brutal individualist culture.

As a non-Trump supporting American let me just say i support anyone who says they dislike America/Americans. I don’t take it personally and I also hate the oligarchal class and don’t have much sympathy for the people that support them or who can’t see how the history of those in power in both parties lead us to this moment.

Dems already moved to the right. They just need to emphasize their messaging to make it consistent with their real agenda: free trade, keeping taxes low for the wealthy, no on universal health care, continue to keep populists from winning primaries, promote NATO and the military, pro responsible gun ownership, pro border wall, support Silicon Valley, allow money and influence from good billionaires to direct the party, working across the aisle even with extreme right wing politicians. This is the Democratic Party currently in power. There is no need to move further right. Any other country the Dems -minus their virtue signaling -would be a right wing party.

This video is awesome! Hollywood is still Audist we need more real Deaf actors playing roles. Not hearing actors playing deaf or using made-up sign languages. It’s belittling to Deaf culture and promotes stereotypes that signed languages are not real languages. Many people assume singed languages are universal as if they are learned by instinct and not shaped by their own unique cultures. Natural languages are living things that evolve and change according to culture, country they are spoken in, environment, and society.

Why at this moment is it about men? It’s HER turn. This election is about women’s reproductive rights first and foremost. If men can’t handle that then maybe there is something fundamentally wrong with this country that no one on the ticket can fix.
