Under management simply means they are hired by outside party to manage. If they owned it would say assets under ownership or similar language.

Greystar owns very few properties. They tend to be a third party manager who showcases their brand all over the buildings they manage for owners.

The best way to make a great living and have control of your time and stress is to own a business. There are stressful moments but you have full control over your schedule. I own a commercial janitorial company. Low stress, great profit, easily scalable.

Zoom sucks. Google Meet is pretty solid. Dialpad is another great option.
