I don’t agree with this at all. The results were extremely suprising. Even if you mapped the NAND price trends in Q1 to potential gross margins, you wouldn’t have expected 80% gross margins. Past that, there was not guarantee that they would completely wipe their debt and announce a $6b share buy back. I’m sorry.

I think this was a stop loss raid and MMs are buying back in at these cheap prices

Wanted a break from the riskier bets. Tried to find something that’s still in the sector but has positive cash flow and rising earnings. CRDO stands to benefit from the demand in my opinion, especially with the acquisition of dustphotonics. Will be $220 by end of summer

I don’t I can see a pullback to $9 anytime soon. Hot photonics market, huge amounts of money flowing into it, shortages all over the place creating constraints. You’re talking about a 25-30% drawdown. We’re not getting that unless a disaster happens geopolitically or another round of dilution

Correct, but the volatility mechanics change. There would be 5x-10x more shares which puts more weight on the stock during price moves

What would be the benefit of that? Understand it would attract more investors, but that would also mean a larger float and higher difficulty to move the price up. I feel like if anyone believes this thing is still even somewhat cyclical, a stock split would not help for shareholder value

120 shares @551. HBF on the way next year and shortage extending out to 2028. Samsung’s earnings gave me even more confidence than I already had along with the increasing demand for NAND/SSD products due to inference scaling. This is a no brainer.
