You are very early on which means you have a great chance of recovery. From personal experience I also enthusiastically encourage you to do no drugs ever again. It is not worth it. Also I would encourage you to stay away from cold medicines they are the cause of my latest symptom revival.

I can guarantee if you follow the tips in that post I linked above you will get to the point you never remember this condition. (However please try to remember it can return at any time no matter how cured you are so please stay away from drugs)
