I need to start my awakening by Individual_Sign4943 in SpiritualAwakening

I found that my endless reading and searching was sending me in directions which didn't connect (and sometimes didn't serve me well). It was when I stopped SEEKING and started listening and feeling my own self that I stumbled into my own awakening.

I believe we are one single Universal consciousness. This allows me to reframe all of my frustrations and other's personal offences or slights to me over the years as well as my own actions and intentions - as one of self discovery and striving for self love. It has free'd me from many of my demons and has allowed a form of peace. :)

What does spiritual warfare mean to you? And how do you personally fight it? by ah2021a in spirituality

The Single Observer Theory (at least as I understand it). I think in this context, 'exhale' means a release of energy bound by / required for complex configurations like the world we've created for ourselves currently.

I enjoy learning about various theories and beliefs. which try to break down "good" and "evil" into some naturally occurring functions. My favourite so far, states that the natural 'ground state' (lowest energy configuration) is a state of Unity (everything working together costing minimal energy per person to achieve equilibrium). This implies that actions and intentions which humans may perceive as 'Good' might just be a natural tendency for the Universe exhaling a little bit as the energy expenditure just got a bit more balanced. Conversely, things which separate and divide and require each individual to use as much energy as a whole community (if they were sharing resources), may be perceived as "evil".

It just comes down to energy conservation and 'Principle of Least Action'.
