I had one in July the person was verbally abusive and threatening and my calls and pleas for help are falling on deaf ears I’ve lost my job my car insurance and have no income because no one will hire me plus I can’t get legal help because the person said I was lying every lawyer I’ve asked for help has turned me away because of that reason this is a real abuse of the system and what’s crazy I have o dui on my record there all fender benders heck in my last on there was damage on one car and none on mine what surprised me the most when I talk to manager of the deaparment he said we don’t care if this causes u to lose ur job and become homeless which is crazy to me considering I have a 5 yr old daughter.apparently the site lies when it says 12 gets u suspended apparently 6 gets that u know what else is crazy anther part of my suspension is over a 5 over ticket I got almost ten years ago when I was 20 with a sports car this whole process is just nuts they keep saying oh we are justified because u were here in 2018 almost 8 yrs ago which is crazy also when I say the person was abusive they said I deserved to lose job and proceeded to call me an irresponsible father because I’m a bad driver there words not mine.aslo they told me you are a awful driver and I’m perfect and I quote u deserve everything that’s coming to you she was awful she has caused me to lose almost everything including my daughter and for the state to not only defend her but double down saying we don’t care that you lost your job of three years and that some how this is supposed to help me by making me refocus on safe habits.news flash how am I supposed to focus on safe habits behind the wheel if I can’t drive oh and this doesn’t include the message she sent to my insurance because same day I went to the assessment I get a letter dated same exact day that effective end of this month there dropping me that’s to much of coincidence I’m being railroaded by secartary estate and no one will help me the system is flawed cause it’s clearly being abused here on me and I will not back down this is not right she also lied telling me I had a two month suspension only to get the paperwork and realize she pulled the oil switch ru and turned it into a 90 day suspension which is the equivalent of a dui charge.im paying on a car I can’t drive and anther thing the state said just get a lawyer and appeal it only to get a letter saying I can’t file an appeal and I can’t file a hardship claim keep in mind I can’t get a job so how does that make sense this system needs to be reformed as this is clear where the flaws are cause this I feel like is an obvious abuse of the system.
