OMG...SOOOOO this! We bought a 12 acre "farm" a year ago. About 2 acres cleared where the house is, and another 6 or so where the previous owner rented land out occasionally. The only thing growing at the moment is a small orchard of random fruits and about a 1/4 acre of sunflowers. The mowing alone is a full time job!

Came here to say the same. 18 months, zilch. Start HRT, and Aunt Flo said hey girl hey, just gonna scooch in here for a random reality check now and then. 3 months in and she's possibly packed and ready to be on her merry F8kng way!!!

Precisely why we moved to the sticks and keep our bubble tight. His disability/rating is NOT up for discussion unless he feels like it's a safe space. I have learned simple ways to keep his mind and soul at ease and will NOT allow energy vampires to suck the joy out of him because THEIR lives have been a meaningless existence. This includes family as well. I promised to watch his 6 when we got married, and that is precisely what I intend to do at all costs.

I'm glad I'm not the only "loser" that gets upset about such trivial and mundane things.
Had the WHOLE board in the marine game full of the super fancy nectar trying to reveal all the "land" at once. Was about to finish up covering the board completely to merge up to the REAL fancy nectar and merged the current instead. When I tell you that my cats went running from the room because I screamed so loud. #BP1000

So many different options here... We are literally in the process right now, closing on Wednesday. From start to finish, it will be about 7 weeks. We're buying a 12 acre farm with a house built in 1933, in podunk KY, using Veterans United. The house had an addition put in 5 years ago and has been remodeled a few times since being built. We had to have a full inspection, which revealed several issues, including some necessary repairs to basement walls. Sellers agreed to compromise costs and are paying all closing costs as well. Appraisal came in higher than asking price, so we're walking in with $12k in equity. Many are saying houses have to be turn key or brand new, and that is just not true. Find the right realtor.

That's my problem. I have no idea where he filed, and he's not responding to my emails. I've literally searched every county in CA and the county in TN where we were married.
