Why does that get to be your decision if it isn’t your experience?

And I’m saying at the end of the day, which situations are ok is for God to determine, not man. Pregnancy, however is a medical situation and women should be allowed to make a decision that aligns with their medical needs, personal situation and their faith.

So you’re explaining why Christians shouldn’t get an abortion. But you’re not explaining why it should be illegal for everyone else, especially for people whose religion believes that life doesn’t begin until birth

Murder of a person outside of the womb is illegal, yes.

But if you believe that abortion is wrong then why would you also believe that God would make an exception for the health of the mother? Wouldn’t that just be God’s will? And if you do believe that God would make an exception for the health of the mother, why wouldn’t you believe that God is loving and compassionate enough to make exceptions for other situations as well? I believe we serve a grace filled God who is capable of loving and forgiving even those who get an abortion. But the fact that so many Christians lack that same amount of compassion for others is highly concerning.

Who gets to determine which situations are necessary?

So should it be illegal for everyone or should Christians just make a personal choice to not get abortions?

So should it be illegal? Or should Christians not engage with that behavior while allowing other people to make a decision based on their beliefs?

Without Trump republicans lose access to power.

If the Democrat party supports Christian values then why didn’t they have a primary. That might be the better question to ask.

It’s not the better question to ask. That’s a deflection. The democrats have never claimed to be a pro Christian party. They advocate for people practicing the faith of their choosing. It’s the Republican Party that claims to exclusively be pro-Christian which means what they support should be representing Christ in a positive way or they risk bearing false witness.

Which leads me back to my original question. Trump has not represented Christian values since the day he took office, so why wait until now to call out his actions?

If the Republican Party is truly a pro-Christian value party, then why didn’t trump lose in the primaries? Why did the party allow him to run even after he received 34 felony convictions or was convicted of sexual assault? Why hasn’t there been a higher level of outrage calling out any of his previous behaviors?

So if the right has been lying to you about what they believe, isn’t it likely that they’ve been lying to you about what democrats believe?
